În această noapte, pesta porcină a lovit paradisul agro-bio-zootehnic FarmVille!
Forma violentă de pestă, ulterior identificată de specialişti ca Pesta Porcină Spasmofilică cu Exsangvinare V2.4, a atacat fără milă toate fermele, ucigând aproximativ 110.000.000 porcuşori şi lăsând în urmă un peisaj apocaliptic de culoare galben-roz-vânăt şi un pic verzui.
În încercarea disperată de a preveni răspăndirea epidemiei prefectura FarmVille a decis instaurarea carantinei asupra tuturor locuitorilor. Mai mult, aceştia vor fi izolaţi pentru o perioadă nedeterminată de celelalte comunităţi vulnerabile: Farm Town, Farm Life, Happy Farm, Farm Pals, Farm Valley Beta şi Happy Aquarium.
Izolaţi şi mâhniţi, milioane de oameni aflaţi în această mare comunitate şi-au luat astăzi rămas bun de la purceluşii lor virtuali. Momentul trist, dar solemn, a culminat cu cea mai mare incinerare animală în masă de la Menumorut încoace.
Mai există totuşi şi speranţă în această lume devastată de molimă. Specia Austrian Mangalitza Gilt, dispărută în 1972, cunoscută şi ca “Porcul Creţ” a supravieţuit în mod miraculos datorită unei imunităţi naturale programată accidental.
Nu este însă totul… Specialiştii avertizează că FarmVille are o climă şi atmosferă cu variaţii mari de umiditate ceea ce favorizează şi alte calamităţi cum ar fi răpciuga, botulismul cabalin şi invaziile de lăcuste.
Update: Am primit o nouă avertizare de cataclism, cod fuchsia: Un tsunami de 75 de metri se îndreaptă cu o viteză uluitoare spre YoVille! Vom reveni cu detalii.
